Payment

All orders are charged Junglemap AB, if an employee ordered merch, the cost will be charged the employee as Net Salary Deduction.

Deliverytime

All clothes are produced on demand after ordering. The productiontime is approx. 1.5 weeks.

If you have choosen delivery to your home, it will be send direct.

If you have choosen the free delivery to Junglemaps office, all orders to the office will be collected and send every second week, which could leed to longer deliverytime.

Terms of delivery

Deliveries to companies is sent with DHL within Sweden and TNT international. Deliveries to home addresses in Sweden is sent with PostNord Varubrev.

International deliveries is sent DAP, every cost of customs is charged the reciever.

Right of withdrawal / Complaint

There is no Right of withdrawal on special produced products as printed products. However, its important for us that you are satisfied with your products and open to find a solution if you are not. Please contact us to solve any issues.

In any kind of complaint, please contact us at Marknadsbyrån for a swift settlement of the fault.
